Quality Assurance Assistant

Triple, Inc. is a registered AS9100/D manufacturer of precision components for the aerospace industry. These components include matched valves for fuel systems, spindles and shafts for motors and pumps, pistons and shoes for hydraulic actuators and various close tolerance housings. Triple has worked in the aerospace and defense industry for over 60 years.

Full Time (40-45 hours/ weekly)

Current Day shift is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:30pm and Saturday (as required)

Reports to: Department Leader

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Assistant will perform routine clerical duties to support the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

· Scan, copy, and sort files/records related to business transactions and other matters.

· Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Create Certification Packages.

· Review Inspection Documents for Accuracy.

· Generate documents including inspection results, shippers & other forms.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Able to handle a fast-paced office atmosphere.

· Ability to effectively interact with internal and external associates.

· Basic understanding of systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

· Comfortable navigating computer and file structure.

· Ability to pay attention to detail.

· Ability to listen, understand and follow directions.

· Able to organize and prioritize work.

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· On the job training.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
